Hills & Dales Estate is the idyllic place to host a beautiful event or meeting set among majestic trees, serene gardens and elegant architecture.
The best way to determine if Hills & Dales is the right place for your event is to plan a visit. The estate is a popular place for meetings, non-profit fundraisers, rehearsal dinners and other special events; however we do not allow wedding ceremonies. Visitor Center & Terrace
The classically designed Visitor Center is comprised of several rooms and outdoor terrace, making it suitable for events of all sizes. The facility includes a 1,200 square foot Great Hall, 1,000 square foot Gallery, and Legacy Theater, equipped with AV for short films or presentations. The facility includes use of restrooms and catering kitchen. Private rental rate also includes the outdoor Terrace, a favorite spot during favorable weather conditions because of its great views of the estate.

50 people or less: $300/Individuals ($250/Non-profit organizations)
Visitor Center & Terrace Rates (After Operating Hours)
50 people or less: $600/Individuals ($250/Non-profit organizations)
51-100 people: $1,200/Individuals ($500/Non-profit organizations)
100-150 people: $1,800/Individuals ($750/Non-profit organizations)
150-225 people: $2,400/Individuals ($1000/Non-profit organizations)
Capacity: Maximum 225 (Standing room)
Fuller E. Callaway Home Terraces and Garden
The area surrounding the home provides a beautiful historic garden setting for an outdoor event. Events in this area include use of the 2,000 square foot pool terrace, 1,500 square foot house terrace, porte-cochere and the garden. Use of this area also provides use of restrooms in two locations, while the garage may be used as a preparation area for caterers. In the event of inclement weather the visitor center is the rain location. Tours of the house may be included for an additional fee.
Home Terraces and Garden Rates
100 people or less: $2000/Individuals ($1000/Non-profit organizations)
Over 100 people: $4000/Individuals ($2000/Non-profit organizations)
Capacity: 250 people (125 cars)
Requests for special events will be evaluated individually before approval is granted. All rentals require a $500 security deposit.
