Grand Cru Chablis Tasting And Seven Course Dinner In The Hills And Dales Greenhouse

Join us for a special New Year’s Eve dinner in the greenhouse at Hills & Dales Estate! For the first time ever, guests will have the opportunity to dine surrounded by the beautiful ambience of the Callaway greenhouse, built in 1949. In equivalence to the setting, the meal will feature seven light courses carefully paired with some of the finest wines from the Chablis region of France. The wines will be interpreted by Beacon’s Chase Hudson, while the cuisine will be artfully prepared by C’Son’s Chef Devin White. According to Hudson, “This will be a wonderful evening and a great way to start the New Year. Grand Cru is the highest classification of wine from the Burgundy and Chablis regions, and we are fortunate to offer wines of this caliber. Devin and I are thrilled and honored to share these special pairings in my great grandmother’s greenhouse.” The dinner will be Thursday, December 31, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. This event is only open to members of Hills & Dales Estate and is $300 per couple.
