A special discounted admission rate is available for pre-booked groups with 12 or more people. All house tours are guided and are limited to 12 guests at a time. Garden tours are self-guided unless a guided tour is requested at the time of booking. A minimum of one chaperon is required for each group of ten students under the age of 18. Bus drivers and group tour leaders are provided complimentary admission.

Hills & Dales Estate is located 66 miles southwest of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Take I-85S to LaGrange and take Exit 18. Turn right off the exit ramp onto Hwy 109 (LaFayette Parkway) and go 3 miles to Hwy 219 (Morgan St.). Turn right at Morgan St. then turn left at the next block onto Greenville St. (Turns into Broad St. after the town square.) Go 1 mile on Broad St. and Hills & Dales Dr. is on the right.
Hills & Dales Estate is located 20 miles northwest of Pine Mountain. Take Hwy 27 North (Hamilton Rd.). Turn right on I-185N and continue North until you reach the I-85 South exit. Go approximately 1 mile on I-85 South and exit at LaGrange exit 18. Turn right off the exit ramp onto Hwy 109 (LaFayette Parkway) and go 3 miles to Hwy 219 (Morgan St.). Hills & Dales Estate sits on the crest of a gently rolling hill in LaGrange, Georgia. The centerpiece of the estate is a beautiful Georgian-Italian villa, designed by architects Hal Hentz & Neel Reid for textile magnate Fuller E. Callaway, Sr. Completed in 1916, the home complements the formal boxwood gardens planted earlier in the mid 19th century by Sarah Ferrell.
The property has been lovingly preserved by two generations of the Callaway family and is now open for public visitation. Guests can explore educational exhibits and experience an engaging film that tells the story of the estate. Visitors are provided a guided tour of the home and given an opportunity to explore the historic Ferrell Gardens. Enjoy!
