Let Hills and Dales Estate host your Special Events

Fuller E. Callaway House Terrace

The 1,500 sq. ft. house terrace can be used for smaller events. Use of this space includes the covered Porte-cochere and the North Porch. Located adjacent to the house, it is ideal for groups of fewer than 50 people. This terrace may be used only if the Visitor Center is rented and tour tickets are purchased for each guest. This terrace cannot be tented and is therefore only available during favorable weather conditions.

Pool Terrace

The 2,000 sq. ft. Pool Terrace can be used for outdoor events. This terrace contains a central fountain and provides beautiful views of the estate. The Bath House is adjacent to the terrace and provides a covered loggia for your guests. This terrace may be used only if the Visitor Center is rented and tour tickets are purchased for each guest. The Pool Terrace can also be tented.

Visitor Center Terrace

During favorable weather conditions, the 2,000 sq. ft. Visitor Center Terrace can be used when the Visitor Center is rented. This terrace allows events to extend from the Visitor Center out onto the terrace which has wonderful views of the Callaway home. Parts of the terrace can be tented.

Visitor Center

The Visitor Center at Hills and Dales Estate contains several spaces that may be rented for special events. The 1,200 sq. ft. Great Hall is suitable for smaller events. The Great Hall can be coupled with the 700 sq. ft. Legacy Theatre, and the 1,000 sq. ft. Gallery to accommodate larger groups.

Fuller E. Callaway Foundation reserves the right, acting in its sole discretion, to deny or limit the use of the facilities and to determine whether any proposed even or activity is in keeping with the policies then in effect. Similarly, Fuller E. Callaway Foundation reserves the right at any time to amend its policies and guidelines with respect to the rental or usage of Hills & Dales Estate.
