Garden Photography

Hills & Dales Estate is an ideal place for family portraits, group photographs, or bridal photography. Group and individual portrait photographs are allowed in the gardens. The rates for photography are:

Group Photography Rates

Only exterior photography for personal use is allowed. Photography and videos are not permitted inside the house. Images of Hills & Dales Estate may not be used for commercial purposes without the expressed written consent of Fuller E. Callaway Foundation.

Hills & Dales Estate Photography Procedures

• Complete the Online Photography Request Form or the Printable Photography Request Form and return it to Hills & Dales Estate.
• The Visitor Center Manager or Executive Director will review your request. Once your photography session is approved you will be sent an agreement form to sign. In the event your request is denied you will be notified in writing.
• If your photography request is approved you should sign and return your photography agreement form along with full payment in advance.
• In the event rain forces cancellation the photography session can be re-scheduled or a refund check can be mailed. All refunds are issued by check and will be mailed within two weeks after the refund is requested.

Fuller E. Callaway Foundation reserves the right, acting in its sole discretion, to deny or limit the use of the facilities and to determine whether any proposed event or activity is in keeping with the policies then in effect. Similarly, Fuller E. Callaway Foundation reserves the right at any time to amend its policies and guidelines with respect to the rental or usage of Hills & Dales Estate.
